Linotte Mélodieuse invites viewers into a poetic immersion built from a linnet’s song. Within a 3D and 360 VR space, each phrase of the bird becomes motion and light. Melodic turns shape volumetric forms, while binaural audio places the listener at the core of a living micro-landscape.
The work navigates the boundary between attentive listening and reverie. Trills and runs are translated into visual matter blooming around the viewer. VR makes the song’s detail tangible, like a living cartography of energy and timbre.
Created by Thibault Noirot with Lucio Arese for visual direction and prototyping in TouchDesigner and Python. Real-time analysis of audio features, 3D spectrograms and reactive particle fields, all synchronized to a binaural mix.
“Le train, comme vecteur de rencontre”. Plusieurs lignes avec des voyageurs qui se croisent, par hasard. L’occasion de donner une autre musicalité à ce système de transport humain. Un regard et une écoute réinitialisée.
Les mots se répètent comme une véritable obsession accompagné par un ensemble instrumental.
